Use left lane to take the exit toward Downtown. Continue on E 35th St. Take Park Ave and turn left onto E 28th St and Park South Hotel will be on the right (124 E 28th St.)

    From I-678S, Take Exit B to 130th Pl. Take N Conduit Ave, Woodhaven Blvd, I-495 W and Queens Midtown Tunnel to Manhattan. Use the right 3 lanes to take the Downtown exit, then keep left and follow signs for Crosstown/37th ST/3 Ave and merge onto E 37th St. Turn left onto Park Ave and left onto E 28th St. and Park South Hotel will be on the right (124 E 28th St.)

    From Haynes Ave, follow signs for I-95/I-78E and merge onto I-78E. Follow I-78 E to Holland Tunnel in Manhattan. Take exit 3 toward Brooklyn.
