What is check-in/check-out time at Wild Palms Hotel?

Check-in time at Wild Palms Hotel is at 3pm; check-out is at 12pm.

Do you allow smoking on property?

Wild Palms Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Do you allow pets?

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds or under are permitted, and guests are welcome to have two dogs stay in their guest room provided that the combined weight of dogs does not exceed 50 pounds. A signed hotel pet policy will be required upon check-in. A non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged to have a dog(s) in the guest room for the duration of your stay for 1-6 nights, and for stays 7 nights or longer, an additional $15 per night will be charged for any additional days. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the room at any time.

How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi Internet access?

Our basic Wi-Fi is complimentary to all guests. Upgraded Wi-Fi is available for a charge (10mbps is $5.95/day and 15mbps is $9.95).

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

We have a new fitness center featuring Precor brand equipment. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.

Do you have a pool?

We do have a pool. The hours of operation: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. No dogs or glass are allowed in the pool area. Children under 18 must have an adult present with them.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a spa.


Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

Complimentary onsite parking is available to all guests.
The hotel does not offer valet parking.
