How do I get to the Hotel?

What is check-in/checkout time?

Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is 11 a.m. Late checkout requests are subject to a fee.

Do you allow smoking on property?

All guest rooms are nonsmoking. The property has a designated outside smoking area.

Do you allow pets?

Avatar Hotel is dog-friendly with some restrictions. A $75 nonrefundable pet fee will be administered for 1 to 7 day reservations (an additional night fee will apply over 7 days). Maximum of two dogs per room permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Guest will be charged $100 should they bring an animal to the Hotel without prior acknowledgement by the Front Desk. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?

Wi-Fi is complimentary.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

The fitness center has 24-hour access. It has cardio equipment including treadmills.

Do you have a business center?

Yes, with 24-hour access.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have a seasonally heated outdoor pool available April – October.

Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

Parking is available on-site and is complimentary for hotel guests.


What is your restaurant’s cuisine?

Avatar Hotel does not operate a restaurant, but two restaurants are located on-site. IHOP offers 24-hour American cuisine and Prime 109 is a bar and steakhouse. Many other restaurants are in close proximity.

Limited vegan options available.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?

Avatar Hotel does not have a bar. The closest bar is at Prime 109, a restaurant located on-site.
