Mondays at 8 am // Power Hour Cardio
Tuesdays at 10 am // Yoga
Thursdays at 4 pm // Yoga
Saturdays at 11 am // Yoga
Sundays at 10 am // Stretching
Not interested in playing with others? No problem. Whether you’re a rookie or a heavy lifter, our power brokers will set you up for success with private classes to help target your specific goals. For solo sessions or for groups up to four, ask our Front Desk about how to schedule your time to train.
