What is check-in/checkout time?

Check-in time is 3 p.m.; checkout is 12 p.m.

Do you allow smoking on property?

The Hotel Carlton is a non-smoking hotel.

Do you allow pets?

We welcome your pets. Upon check-in, a signed pet agreement will be required.

How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?

High speed Wi-Fi for multiple devices is included in our daily Amenity Fee of $15, plus tax.

Do you have a fitness center?

While we do not offer a fitness center on-site, please contact our front desk for local options.

Do you have a business center?

Our business center is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, and guests have access to it at all hours. There are two Apple desktop computers, as well as a black-and-white printer. Guests can print their boarding pass complimentary through the welcome screen.

Do you have a pool?

We do not have a pool.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a spa.


Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

Third Party parking garages are available nearby for overnight parking. Prices vary based on location. Before parking, park in the white zone for check-in and to unload luggage.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?

Hours of Operation:

Breakfast: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
