What is check-in/checkout time?

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; checkout is 11:00 a.m.

Do you allow smoking on property?

The Waterfront Hotel is a nonsmoking hotel.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

We are a pet-friendly hotel. Upon check-in, a signed pet agreement will be required.

How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi internet access?

Our basic Wi-Fi (3MPS) is complimentary to all guests. Upgraded Wi-Fi is available for a charge (5MPS is $6.95 and 9 MPS is $11.95).

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

We have a fitness center that is available 24 hours and includes two treadmills, two ellyptical machines, one bike, one universal machine, free weights, yoga mats and medicine balls. (restricted)

Do you have a business center?

Our business center is available to our guests at all hours. There are two Apple desktop computers, as well as black/white and color printing options. Guests can print their complimentary boarding passes.

Costs apply for additional internet usage: $4.95 for the first 20 minutes and $0.25 per minute thereafter

Costs apply for printer usage: monochrome $0.29 per page and color $1.49 per page

Do you have a pool?

Our pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There are no lifeguards available. Children under the age of 14 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a spa.

Do you have a restaurant?

We do not have a restaurant, however, there are excellent dining options in Jack London Square.


Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

The hotel offers valet parking: Overnight $35.00 (Inclusive of taxes)
