What is check-in/check-out time at Hotel Avante?

Check-in time at Hotel Avante is 4:00pm; Check-out time is 11:00am.

Do you allow smoking on property?

Hotel Avante is a non-smoking hotel.

Do you allow pets?

Yes. Dogs weighing 50 pounds or under are permitted, and guests may have two dogs in their guest room provided that the combined weight of the two dogs does not exceed 50 pounds. A signed hotel pet policy will be required upon check-in. A non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged to have a dog(s) in the guest room for the duration of your stay for 1-6 nights, and for stays 7 nights or longer, an additional $15 per night will be charged for any additional days. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the room at any time.

How much do you charge for high speed/Wi-Fi Internet access?

Basic 7 MBPS Wi-Fi is free charge. Upgrades available at a fee; 10 MBPS for $5.95 per 24 hours, 12 MBPS for $9.95 per 24 hours.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Fitness Center is located on the 4th floor of the hotel with a treadmill, two elliptical machines, stationary bike, dumbbell set, and exercise ball. Hours are 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Stevens Creek Outdoor Running Trail near by as well.

Do you have a pool?

We do have an outdoor pool that is open from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. The pool area is also considered a non-smoking area. We also do not allow glass at the pool area.

Hotel Avante offers complimentary self-parking; no valet available.
