Quick–Before It Melts!

If hearing those ubiquitous Christmas carols makes you wish you were on ice skates, you’re in luck. San Francisco has not one but two temporary outdoor skating rinks, even though the local temperature rarely drops below 40 degrees Farenheit. One is in Union Square and the other is on the Embarcadero, facing the waterfront and the Ferry Building. And if you can’t make it to either of those before they close next month, there’s always the permanent (but indoors) rink in Yerba Buena Gardens.
