Or, at least, they did. Then came the safe house of Cookie Dō NYC. Now the forbidden indulgence is out in the open and free from raw eggs. Some of the dough is also gluten-free and vegan.
Cookie dough is scooped in bright containers at the NoHo shop. The signature chocolate chip is a good bet. But it’s not the only one. Sugar Cookie brings Christmas-dough pleasures year-round.
Summer campfire fans can go for Gimme Smore; the Nutella crazed will jump on Heavenly, and the nostalgic, Fluffernutter. Life gets sweeter though when you explore beyond the scoop and into the realm of cookie-dough ice cream pie, the cookie bomb, which is a stuffed cookie cup with cookie-dough butter-cream frosting. Yeah, it does.
