All of the HOT companies, with special help from Joie de Vivre Hospitality, feel an important element of the Hotel of Tomorrow will be how all of the innovative technologies and amenities are brought together in a cohesive manner and how the staff of the hotel uses these technologies to improve the guest experience. The story board shows how technology will enable hotel employees to spend less time transacting with guests and more time interacting and personalizing guests' stays. Time saved in the transaction process will enable staff to build a stronger relationship with the customer in an effort to increase guest loyalty.
