The winning couple will get the opportunity to make over their disastrous occasion (Caribbean cruise cancelled due to hurricane, bride gets food poisoning, groom bit by a monkey, etc.) by receiving the perfect romantic retreat package which includes a weekend at the charming Hotel Carlton (or their choice of any other Joie de Vivre Hospitality boutique hotel), champagne and chocolates upon arrival, two one-hour massages at Kabuki Springs & Spa and a romantic dinner for two.
