Rewards
Rewards are issued monthly (within 30 days) after business has been consumed and the master bill has been paid. Rewards may be donated to a charity of your choice.

Terms and Conditions
Contracts for booked business cannot be combined for award purposes. Rewards are per hotel and cannot be combined with other hotels. Rewards are based on pretax totals of contracted group revenue only. Meeting planners who receive rewards must indicate on the original contract that they are participating in the program to receive rewards. Only one reward will be given. Ineligible rates are discounted rates, including but not limited to wholesale, volume, and travel agency rates. This offer is not valid for proposed or contracted business prior to May 15, 2009.
