More than 30 new fine chocolate brands have started in the United States alone over the last six years. Chocolate is quickly becoming the next fine food; but, what makes one chocolate bar ‘fine’ and another just ‘standard’? What's the difference between a reliable ole' Hershey's bar and a more expensive chocolate?
In this tasting, we'll cover the differences between industrial and fine chocolate, briefly walk through what variables influence flavor, and, of course, eat some unique chocolate!
The class is a great way to learn more about chocolate, or a unique date experience.
