It was a great find. The service was great. The room was comfortable, big and quiet - don't be worried about proximity to the road/highway - we couldn't hear a thing in the rooms (or even in the carpark). Breakfast was simple, but adequate for a full day.

We stayed at The Moorpark Hotel for 4 days to attend a friend's wedding. From the time of our arrival to our departure, we could not have felt more welcome. The staff are friendly and courteous (David, the barman, is a gem) and the rooms very clean and comfortable and a good size.

Generally, Moorpark was an amazing hotel, everything from the staff to the rooms, the outdoor area was excellent. Also, if you are traveling by car it is in a very convenient location and it offers free parking. Moreover, not more than 100m away from the hotel there are some restaurants like Applebees if you don't feel like driving downtown.

We came to The Moorpark Hotel for a get-away from the kids and to celebrate our anniversary. We were treated like royalty, especially taken care of by Jessica whom does her job exceptionally well and with a beautiful smile to boot. We hope to return next year and do it all over again.
