    Due to unforeseen circumstances, Miss Pearl's Jam House Restaurant will be closed until late-February 2012. During this time, room service is available for breakfast and dinner at Waterfront Hotel and complimentary hot breakfast is served daily in the hotel lobby.

    Your dog will love to  walk along the boardwalk in Jack London Square and play on all of the green areas surrounding our hotel! Waterfront Hotel understands that dogs are part of the family and provides a dog bed, water bowl and treats to all of our furry guests.

    Please note that Waterfront Hotel requires the following for all dogs staying at the hotel:
    • Limit to 2 dogs per room
    • Dogs must not be left unattended in the room
    • Dogs must weigh less than 30 lbs
    • Dogs must comply with local legislation requirements
    • Dogs must be registered upon check in
    • The Hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages

JOIE DE VIVRE GIVES

Joie de Vivre Hotels is a grass roots organization that strives to have a positive impact on our community. Each of our hotels is dedicated to donating at a minimum $200 per guest room per year to organizations in their communities. Examples of these donations include gift certificates for hotel stays or dinner for two at one of our restaurants, donating meeting space and food to a non-profit for fundraising events or meetings, organizing an event to raise money for an organization, donating employee hours for time volunteered, or cash donations.

Waterfront Hotel's philanthropic partner in the You Can Make a Difference program is Rebuilding Together Oakland which rehabilitates the homes of elderly and disabled homeowners so they may live safely, in comfort and independence.
