I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past for business and this was the first time with my spouse and grown children. Each couple had a large room with fireplace. As always, the staff is friendly and helpful. A robust breakfast is included as well as an afternoon wine tasting. We were three couples and we all agreed that this is one of San Francisco's best kept secrets.

We were so happy to walk in to our spacious corner room with a sitting area and gas fireplace. The bed was extremely comfortable also. Bathroom was lovely and very up to date with plenty of space. It is VERY french country- so be warned. They are not kidding about that.

On arrival we were fatigued but delighted by a warm welcome, a comfortable and clean room with a luxurious bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied on each of the three mornings.
