The new Hotel Lincoln is a window to the most dynamic part of Chicago's North Side, Lincoln Park.
Like the neighborhood, the hotel is historic yet fresh, fun though eccentric and active but relaxed. It's where the energy of urban life meets 1,200 green acres and Lake Michigan.
Situated in the heart of Lincoln Park, Hotel Lincoln is a refreshing yet vintage take on the Chicago experience.
Built in the 1920’s, Hotel Lincoln has no shortage of stories to tell. From Al Capone to David Mamet, an assortment of characters has called the hotel home. During prohibition, booze was served in our speakeasy. Later, we housed the North Side literary and stage crowd, who as a group weren't exactly teetotalers. Craps games in the halls were said to be commonplace and it wasn’t out of the ordinary to see Second City cast members destined for fame within our walls.
As much as we love our colorful past, we’ve mellowed since then. Fully renovated in 2012, the property features 184 guestrooms with sweeping views of Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. Styled with vintage flair as a nod to our past, we have taken advantage of all the modern amenities. Come take in all that Lincoln Park has to offer and see why it is one of the city’s most sought after neighborhoods.
