We visited the Dream Inn for a long-weekend retreat (President's day is the new Valentine's day :D) It's a lovely hotel located right on the beach and within walking distance of the boardwalk...home to awesome arcades. The room was modern and chic with a breathtaking view and a fantastic bed.

I was extremely surprised at what Joie de Vivre had done to this hotel. I stayed here while on business in Santa Cruz then planned on staying somewhere else when my family met me for the long weekend. That was changed once I stepped into the comfort of this hotel. The staff was great, rooms were hip and clean.

My husband and I came here a while ago, and we loved it! This place is so relaxing.  The decor is also so cute and relaxing.   We arrived a bit early and just planned on parking the car and walking around before checking in, but upon our arrival, the concierge let us check in early! This is a rarity at hotels, and it was so refreshing.

The stay at this hotel was fantastic, we have a second home in Santa Cruz and were there to… remodel. So, the location from home to hotel was perfect and after a long day of work it was so nice to go to our room and sit on the balcony and look at the awesome view of the ocean. Room service was great as we were too tried to go out. Extremely pleasant stay.

This hotel is amazing and worth every penny. From the view to the service and especially the restaurant everything far exceed our expectations. The rooms are large and offer a beautiful view of the ocean from a private balcony, we could lay in bed and stare at the ocean, the sunrise in the morning is breath taking.

Staring at the pictures of the rooms and the ocean, the patio and the pool below... hey I have those pictures.. I have those memories... the most amazing moments happened here once, the deepest passion lived here a little, I danced on the patio til they came up knocking on my door asking if I'm a professional dancer and if there's a show in town. :)
