Conversations that Count
The art of conversation and networking comes from the power of listening. If you aren’t listening you aren’t learning or gaining value from networking. Lost in this shuffle is the connection.
Join us as we transition from the late summer evening into early fall at The Forge Garden at Santa Clara University for The Silicon Valley Story 2.0. The Silicon Valley Story is not your typical networking event: we believe that the good of networking comes from the heart and each and every person has a story that goes beyond the title given on their business card, and that true relationships are built through unique experiences.
Under the twilight of the rising full moon, dine on delicious sandwiches from Oh Mi Ninja (Vietnamese sandwich food truck), speak to startups, and discover your next client on the beautiful property of The Forge Garden, located at the beautiful Santa Clara University. Listen to two amazing speakers, Anthony Lee and Brienne Ghafourifar, a pair of entrepreneurs who while separated by a generation in age, have found success in the conversations that they’ve had – conversations that have counted.
In your ticket you will not only get the experience of networking but you will also come away with an experience – the experience of knowing that your conversations will count and you will get closer to achieving your goals for 2013, and charting the course you need to make 2014 your best year ever.
Tickets are $10 until August 23rd, $15 until 6PM the day of the event, and $20 at the door.
