Mihir focus in Silicon Valley is to provide clients with M&A advisory services and private capital raises and has over 15 years experience in M&A, private placements, divestures, recapitalizations, IPOs, follow-on offerings and fairness opinions. Mihir worked on the IPOs and follow-on financings of for clients such as Ellie Mae, Fortinet, Meru Networks, SuccessFactors, OpenTable, Taleo, Portal Software, Diodes, @Road, SafeNet; and M&A transactions include the sale of Haley to Oracle, sale of Incuity to Rockwell, sale of Metasolv to Oracle, sale of Datastream to Infor, sale of CyberGuard to Secure Computing.
Chris Chapman is the National Leader for Growth Companies & Transaction Services for technology companies in Canada. His primary client role is to assist CEO, principal shareholder and board members review their company’s growth plans and advise on financing and capital requirements as they look to expand internationally, raise growth capital, grow through M&A and ultimately plan for liquidity through a sale or a public offering. Throughout his career, Chris has managed numerous global strategic partnerships, lead several global sales, marketing and engineering teams, successfully launched and commercialized three new products and been involved in over 20 M&A, exits, divestitures, private equity and debt financings with companies such as IBM, Orcale, Microsoft, Open Text, Constellation Software, Bowne, Torstar, Quadravision, Enbala and others.
