The changing world needs well-trained leaders globally. It is too late to wait till supervisory and managerial experiences when a person is 33-42. The presentation will share some national data on leadership studies among college students, the impact of precollege experiences and explore how leadership skills can be taught at much earlier age.
While majority of leaders are still men, women rate higher is competencies relating to outstanding leadership. Looking at the influence of women in leadership training of next generations, data shows how they could have a greater impact in the leadership skills of future generations and leaders at an earlier age.
