6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
1085 El Camino Real
Sunnyvale, CA 94087
At this meeting we will have an in-depth conversation with three pros who share over 50 combined years experience in real estate. What are they doing and why? Come join us to get the inside scoop.
Tim Manke, a Sacramento Real Estate Broker, is taking off his broker hat to share with SJREI members what he is doing personally as an investor to build his own portfolio. Having completed hundreds of flips a for himself in the 1-4 unit property range, Tim has a lot of insider information to share. He has accomplished six subject-to deals this year alone. Creative strategies are another way to diversify risk. Tim is excited about the market today and will share his methods including buying six subject-to-the-existing-financing deals that he has completed this year. He has worked a myriad of real estate transactions, commercial and otherwise, including getting bill boards entitled from scratch which entailed meeting the strong city, county and state guidelines through the process. Who knew that billboards could be a great income generator?
“All politics are local, and so is real estate. Every market has its own dynamics. It takes work to decipher and get a handle on the dynamics of a given market.” Jeb Henley, broker and investor, for 35 plus years will share his personal strategy. How and why he is safely and securely building his portfolio, and what is the reasoning behind the strategy he is employing.
Why is he buying strictly for cash flow–properties that have an upside? It is called equity growth. Jeb knows about negative cash flow and has felt the real “negative” impact of that in his life. He became a broker 35 years ago to determine how to evaluate and decipher where to invest and knows this one truth: you have to have a person on the ground whether you invest in Tampa, Dallas, Phoenix, or San Jose. That is someone who has your back.
Tapan Trivedi has completed 60 flips and 20 buy and holds in California. He has been a full-time investor for the last three-and-a-half years. Through the process, he has become an expert team builder. Join us as we delve into Tapan’s strategy.
As a husband and father, Tapan takes pride in spending time with family; this is something real estate investing has facilitated for him. On another note, Tapan is a nationally renowned stand up comic.
