Clifford comes to Ipswich Bay Advisors with over 20 years of employee benefits and human resources experience. Throughout his career, Clifford has built a reputation for effective leadership, communication and administrative skills with an emphasis on quality assurance and excellent client service. As a consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide for six years, Clifford provided employee benefits plan design consulting to both small and large employers.
In 2007, Clifford joined Ipswich Bay Advisors as a managing partner of the firm to manage the employee benefits consulting business for their clients. Clifford holds a Bachelors Degree from Boston University, a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Northeastern University, and his Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR).
