Clifford Watkin MBA, SPHRManaging Partner, Human Resourcesand Employee Benefits Clifford comes to Ipswich Bay Advisors with over 20 years of employee benefits and human resources experience. Throughout his career, Clifford has built a reputation for effective leadership, communication and administrative skills with an emphasis on quality assurance and excellent client service. As a consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide for six years, Clifford provided employee benefits plan design consulting to both small and large employers.
In 2007, Clifford joined Ipswich Bay Advisors as a managing partner of the firm to manage the employee benefits consulting business for their clients. Clifford holds a Bachelors Degree from Boston University, a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Northeastern University, and his Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR).
