The Novel A Choice to Yield
The book, A Choice to Yield, explains why people should follow their hearts in spite of public or personal opinions. Whenever friends and family influence relationships based on perceptions, it’s a path of failure for the future. They press their beliefs on an assumption of truth. Today we face social behaviors of race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation through multiple media outlets. However, many of us continue to hold on to those traditional ideas, or misnomers of ethnic groups, simply because we lack exposure. In this movie, we share common attitudes our society often pretend don’t exist.
Many readers find A Choice to Yield a personal story of change. They relate to characters, identify with Angela, and highlight similar behaviors within their social circle. What excites the majority of readers? It’s the process of change after viewing events that are evident in our daily lives.
This novel is unique as it stresses the way friends influence on the sides of good and evil.
