On Tues., May 28 we will dive more deeply into Business Model Generation: A Handbook for Visionaries, Game Changers, and Challengers by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur.
Michelle Dawson & Sanam Nassirpour will guide us through an activity geared towards developing our own business model and give us some tips on how to facilitate our own business model innovation projects.

More about our moderators
Michelle is a strategist and designer who works across all parts of the innovation process - from facilitating strategic conversations to designing, building, testing and implementing new products and services. Using methods from scenario planning and business model design, she loves creating clear and compelling stories about what is and what could be and is an advocate for visual tools that help us navigate complex challenges.
Her current work builds on her background as a designer, developer and program coordinator for startups and non-profits. She holds an MBA in Design Strategy from CCA and a BA in Philosophy and Minor in Business from USC.
Michelle has worked with the business model canvas on a wide variety of projects, including helping run Alexander Osterwalder's Business Model Workshop & Masterclass in San Francisco.
As a graduate of Design Strategy MBA at CCA, Sanam is passionate about using analytical and creative skills to draw clarity from complexity. Sanam challenges teams to explore the intersection of business, creativity, and design to create impactful business strategies.
Sanam has had the opportunity to work in strategy roles and product development with highly creative teams at Idea Couture, Collective Invention, and a Fortune 500 CPG company. Sanam has been using tools introduced in Business Model Generation extensively in projects and helped run Alexander Osterwalder's Business Model Workshop & Masterclass in San Francisco.
