On September 30, 2013, the current and former Directors of the highly regarded Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR) at UC Hastings College of Law invite friends of the Center to join them in a celebration of CNDR’s 10th anniversary!
The Directors will present the first ever CNDR Exceptional Service Award to Howard Herman, UC Hastings '83 and Director of the ADR Program at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, for his outstanding and significant contributions to the field of ADR and to CNDR.
UC Hastings CNDR is consistently ranked in the top ten ADR programs by US News and World Report and the Center was the winner of the 2011 and 2013 Louise B. Otis award for Excellence in Mediation Education and the 2007 ADR Education Award from the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The Center trains and sponsors the acclaimed UC Hastings Negotiation and Mediation Teams, which consistently place first in national and international competitions.
