This 3-4 hour session will provide an overview of the Auxiliary Communications Service (ACS) of the SF Department of Emergency Management, including history, mission, organizational structure, duties of its staff and members, requirements to join ACS, equipment needed, and ACS activation procedures and protocols. The content of this workshop is appropriate for new and active ACS members as well as persons interested in the activities of the ACS.
