Lorna Reed has taught the Yoga Flow class at the Asian Art Museum for five years. She teaches students of all ages in diverse settings including the YMCA, Synergy School and the San Francisco Police Academy. Lorna’s practice style is playful and physical yet quiet and reflective; her love for yoga is deeply rooted in tradition with a strong connection to Buddhist philosophies.
