Anyone can find deeper well-being and enjoy the benefits of yoga. Whether you are in active treatment or living beyond cancer, yoga can help to enhance your quality of life.
This class incorporates gentle movements, postures, slow deep-breathing, meditation and relaxation. Our experienced instructor, Renée Rivera, RN, DAS, RYT, provides thoughtful, individualized attention. She explains how to adjust the practice to your own unique needs and encourages you to do so. Participants may attend 10 sessions at no cost. Beginners and persons currently in treatment are welcomed.
