Laurie Gauguin is a gluten-free Personal Chef and Kitchen Coach based in the San Francisco area who has cooked and baked professionally for healthcare providers, restaurants, caterers, and private clients since 1996. Laurie enjoys helping people stay healthy by sharing her craft of gluten-free, whole-foods cooking and empowering people to make positive lifestyle changes.
Amy Fothergill Amy Fothergill has over 25 years of cooking experience and was trained at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, a world renowned, Ivy League hospitality school. She has worked in restaurants, catering, and healthcare foodservice, and will teach you how to cook healthy, easy, and most importantly, delicious food. Lisa Lam As a health care practitioner of Chinese Medicine, Lisa’s specialty is acute and chronic pain, digestive disorders, stress, fatigue, and internal medicine. Rather then chase signs and symptoms, Lisa’s goal is to uncover the root cause of an ailment, employing a multi-tiered and integrative approach through means of treating the body, mind and spirit. Chef Ravi Harryram believes that the cooking methods of his nativeCaribbeanisland demonstrate an appreciation of food, and launched full force into a business of creating delicious yet healthy meals for those with dietary restrictions. Chef Ravi has developed menus for people with diabetes, gluten intolerance, and high blood pressure, and is driven by knowing his food is improving the quality of life for his clients. He is excited to share his talents with a larger community dedicated to the value of delicious and healthy cuisine.
Lauren earned a degree in Professional Culinary Arts and Wine Studies from the prestigious Cook Street School in Denver, CO, and received advanced training in France and Italy. Lauren provides culinary services for dinner parties and special events, as well cooking classes and demonstrations. She has been gluten-free for over five years, and has adapted almost every dish to a GF diet. She believes everyone can learn to cook gluten-free; it is just a matter of knowing which ingredients to use.
Sadie Scheffer began baking to impress a gluten-free crush in San Francisco. It took a year before she landed a date with him, and another year before learning of her own gluten intolerance. Sadie began to read about the health benefits of fermentation in sourdough bread, and launched Bread SRSLY in 2011 to bring sourdough to the gluten-free community.
