Rich is a Senior Vice President of DRA and Raúl is Principal and Founder of Yáñez Architects, a practice and risk management consulting firm. Previously, he was Associate Principal & Operations Director with Steinberg Architects and Principal and Studio Manager with RMW architecture + interiors. At these firms, he provided tactical and integrated management of firm operations. He is a licensed architect with significant experience, who strategically guides his Clients to raise their practice and risk management profile through customized and best infrastructure, processes, forensics, training and tools.
