Bryan Pellom: Within the last decade speech recognition technology has matured—enabling now common functionality such as mobile voice search, automated speech analytics for call centers and even language learning speaking practice. While adult-oriented speech applications have blossomed, the integration of speech recognition into educational applications for children have been slower to market. This talk will illustrate some of the massive opportunities for speech recognition technology to be applied to early education settings and discuss the practical and technical challenges faced with accurately recognizing the voices of children.
Speaker(s): Additional Speakers are being added soon. Please check back soon for more discussion points and speakers!
