Join us for In Process, an evening of new poetry and prose
by award-winning Bay Area writer, Judith Small.
The evening will feature a sequence of poems growing out of her
experiences as an interpreter for French-speaking asylum applicants from
North and West Africa.

Wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Galette 88 will be open for supper after the event.
While the reading is free, an optional $5 donation will be requested at the door to help cover the cost of the space.
Judith Small’s publications include poetry and essays in The New Yorker, New Letters, Poetry Northwest and other magazines, as well as a small-press book, From the Island (Black Oyster Press). Her poetry has received a number of awards, including the Fels Award of the Coordinating Council of Literary Magazines.
