"...the way we eat represents our most profound engagement with the natural world. Daily, our eating turns nature into culture, transforming the body of the world into our bodies and minds." -Michael Pollan Tree House will be hosting two back-to-back dinners--Saturday, October 12th and Sunday, October 13th-- celebrating wild ingredients, thoughtfully foraged during a tour of the northwestern US. These wild foods will be supplemented with Sacramento's local bounty of products. Each dinner will serve only ten guests, with a suggested donation of $83 to reserve a seat. The degustation menu will be identical for both nights and will truly represent 'Naturalist Nouvelle' cuisine in the style of Chef Kevin O'Connor. Complimentary bubbles and bites start at 7:30 pm. The location of each Sacramento dinner will be sent to the guests the morning of the event, via email. These are BYOB dinners and we encourage guests to bring whatever they feel comfortable drinking, whether it be a bottle of Screaming Eagle Cabernet or a fourty ounce of Pabst Blue Ribbon. Thank you for your support, and your insatiable appetites!
