In the Basque country of Northern Spain, Txokos (Choh-kohs) are exclusive cooking societies, where members gather to cook, experiment with cooking techniques, eat and socialize.
You'll create your own Txoko under Tinto Executive Chef Maria Schmidt and her staff. They'll help you prepare a three-course meal inspired by casual Pinxtos (tapas) from this seductive culinary region.
Guests will be greeted with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails in our commercial-grade banquet kitchen before embarking on the culinary journey. As cooking finishes, you'll be seated in the adjacent ballroom to enjoy your work paired with Tinto house Sangria, plus dessert.
