Surf Cabanas
The Hotel's newest meeting venues take the concept of a beach escape to an entirely new level. We now feature five casual-chic "cabana" suites, right on the beach with decks suspended over the sand.
Cabanas provide a spacious, furnished indoor seating area, private bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, fully-stocked mini bar and refrigerator, flat screen TVs, CD/MP3 stereos and deck lounge furniture, including day beds. Plus, impeccable service from your own Cabana host/hostess, who is able to coordinate all your food and beverage needs, beach activities and water sports.
Perfect for: Small group brainstorming and larger breakout sessions. The Surf Cabanas are available for day use in a variety of forms and each suite can easily accommodate 10 guests or more if you book all five spaces. Planners often reserve multiple cabanas for individual teams before bringing everyone together for group breakout sessions, lunch and/or drinks on the cabana deck.

The Villa
This converted private beach home recently underwent a million dollar renovation and offers 5,000 sq. ft of classic Southern California vibes over three levels. When you book the Villa, you are part of Laguna Beach. The residence is adjacent to and overlooks the buzzing social scenes of The Deck restaurant and the beach, itself.
Architectural features include a beachfront deck, French doors, private terraces, soundproof walls (when you’ve had enough for the day or night), four fireplaces and well-appointed artwork and furnishings, in addition to direct ocean access.
The ground floor offers prime meeting space, complete with deck and private garage and terraces. The second and third levels feature meeting and overnight accommodations akin to a "presidential suite on the beach." Two bedrooms with king beds, formal dining room and living room overlooking the Pacific are just a few of the amenities.
Perfect for: Sales meetings, client entertaining and group retreats that need the space of a private residence while enjoying access to an ever-lively beach and party scene.

Green Room
The Villa's beachside first floor, aka the Green Room, can now be reserved for meetings. The space features plush seating, plank floors, artful furnishings, full-size meeting tables, wood burning fireplace and a parking garage reserved for your employees or clients.
The Green Room's French Doors open onto the always-lively Deck restaurant-bar, which provides full catering. A/V is also available for presentations. Soundproof walls ensure the quiet needed to conduct business. The Green Room and Deck can also be reserved together, creating an indoor/outdoor area for breakouts and social hours. Or simply reserve the Green Room and join the buzzing scene outside when work is done.

The Deck
If you'd like to own a piece of Laguna Beach lore for a few hours, The Deck restaurant can be rented for entertaining and group events. The Deck is the only beachside restaurant in Laguna Beach. Its plank flooring is suspended over the sand, steps from the surf, which at high tide can wash ashore right below your feet.
The Deck is a favorite choice among locals, who know a thing or two about what's good around town. A full menu and bar is available — all surrounded by the best sights and sounds the Orange County coast has to offer.
Perfect for: Client entertaining, receptions or company social events. The Deck is the only open-air beachfront eatery in Laguna Beach.

The Beach House Private Room
Pacific Edge Hotel's signature restaurant, the Beach House, was the 1920's oceanfront home of Hollywood character actor Slim Summerville (All Quiet on the Western Front , Tobacco Road ). It now offers a memorable Laguna Beach dining experience, overlooking what some consider to be the OC's most dramatic sunsets.
The Beach House features a private dining room on its second floor, and is ready to host sit-down dinners or meetings for up to 60 guests amid original woodwork, fixtures and wrought iron. The restaurant also provides full catering to the hotel. Rest assured, there are few locations in Orange County as authentic and historic as the Beach House for group events.
