This is the 7th year for our fall gala, and our second year at the MAH in downtown Santa Cruz. It's the Diversity Center's biggest party of the year, and it always sells out, so buy your tickets now. Thank you for your support of the Diversity Center!

What's new this year?
Our annual party has always been a crowd pleaser, but this year's gala will be even more special. We've taken "Casino Night" out of the main title to let you know that this year's event will feature so much more than casino games. We'll have more time for dancing, more opportunities to win prizes, and magical surprises throughout the evening. We will have a separate, quieter dining space, the Whole Foods bistro, and more spaces throughout the Museum to sit and catch up with friends throughout the evening. Whole Foods is generously providing a fabulous menu of dinner options and dessert, developed just for us. And we'll have a bigger and better silent auction and for the first time a live auction with amazing items.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. You must be 21 to attend the event and ID will be required to purchase alcohol.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There are several parking garages in the area (parking fees vary):
Across the street at Cooper/Front
Around the corner at Locust/Pacific
Down the street at Front/Soquel
Also, several bus stops on Front St.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you are unable to attend or wish to purchase a ticket for someone else, feel free. The attendee will simply need to have your name or a printed version of the ticket to present at registration
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You may update your registration information up until 24 hours before the event
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. It will speed up the registration process but is not necessary.
What is the refund policy?
As this is a fundraising event, ticket sales are non-refundable.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. Tickets are often purchased for other people. Bring the printed ticket or have the name of the person who purchased it when you register.
Will tickets be available at the door?
This event sells out every year, so we advise you to buy your tickets early.
How can I become a sponsor or donate an item as a prize or auction item?
We need sponsorships, prizes and auction items of all values to make this year's party the biggest fundraiser yet. Please consider becoming a sponsor or donating an item or gift certificate. How will the Diversity Center use the funds raised at this event?
The Diversity Center operates programs year-round for the LGBTQ community in and around Santa Cruz County. We provide social gatherings and support services and resources for teens, seniors, families, veterans, transgender people, the Latino community and schools. We provide services to over 6,000 individuals each year. The Diversity Center is a 501 c 3 charity. The Fall Gala is our biggest fundraiser party of the year, and all proceeds go to the Diversity Center. Thank you for your generous support of our valuable programs!!!
