• Stayed for New Year's and had such a great time! The new renovations are hip and swanky! The bright colors and perfect landscaping make you feel like you're somewhere tropical! The rooms are also super clean with the most comfortable beds and pillows!

• What impressed me the most was that the manager on duty took the time to notice our bicycle tires were low. He drove to his house, picked up his bicycle pump, and refilled out tires. I thought that was above and beyond - so helpful!!! We travel a lot and I am not sure I have ever had someone go out of their way like that! WOW!

• Stayed here a couple nights while on a golf getaway... Very kitchy, retro South Beach look and feel. The service was far and above that I've experienced at five diamond resorts. Great restaurant as well!!!

• We stayed with The Saguaro four nights over Thanksgiving Weekend. Had a wonderful room overlooking the pool but hidden behind a huge tree which felt amazingly cozy! But what makes this hotel a DEFINITE RETURN stay is the young, exhuberant, truly sincere staff.

• We really enjoyed staying at this hotel - the location can't be beat! Old Town is literally behind the hotel, with restaurants, shops and bars, not to mention the free trolley stop. Although we self-parked, the valet attendants were also very nice & extremely helpful in giving us directions & pointers on where to eat & what to visit.

• From valets greeting everyday with possible activity ideas for you, to desk staff (notably Jordan) who all made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The charm of this place was found in the people working to insure you were pleased. I have stayed at 5 star decorated hotels where no one spoke to you. The staff here are working to please.

• The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was colorful and fun, and the bed very comfortable. Old Town Whiskey Restaurant was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone (just bring an appetite...they don't kid around). Some people say , "I would stay there again." I'm very comfortable saying that I WILL stay there again.

• The property looks fun and funky with eye popping colors like blue/yellow/orange/white - very tropical. The pool is beautiful, and the cabanas awesome with great firepits everywhere, and TVs in the cabana and comfy sofas. Rooms were large, beds comfortable, nice amenities in bathrooms and soft squishy towels.

• The real star of the place is the fitness center and pool areas. The chaise lounges and cabanas transport you from Scottsdale to Miami. There are two pools - one is a circular one with a waterfall the has a jet that makes the water flow in a circular motion. The larger, rectangular is visually spectacular.
