Priced between $6 and $16, dishes include Date & Mint Crusted Rack of Lamb with Garlic Chive Puree, and Olive Oil Poached Yellow Tail with Shallots Crackling in Thyme Foam. Elegantly paired with fine spirits, desserts include Apple Confit and Mascarpone Napoleon with Phyllo Crisp and Olive Jam (and glass of port), and Pear & Hazelnut Brown Butter Cake with Chestnut Ice Cream (and Armagnac snifter).
