Saha Restaurant Lower Nob Hill, San Francisco
Located in the Hotel Carlton, Saha Restaurant offers a culinary exploration in Arabic fusion cuisine. We use only the freshest ingredients and organic whenever possible. Our dishes are a unique blend of traditional Yemenese and California cuisine.
Saha, meaning "to good health", is a 50-seat restaurant. The breakfast menu puts a delicious spin on traditional American fare, allowing guest to "spice up" conventional egg dishes. The dinner menu focuses on flavors from the Middle East, France, and Spain, fusing styles of cooking and flavors from around the world.
The restaurant's ebony-wood planked floor, red lacquer seats and leather upholstery, along with an old-world Chinese "scholar's table" that seats eight, bring friends and families together to share the adventures of the day. The exotic Swags and the candlelit tables are perfect for a romantic dinner.
