From writing Joy of Life Guides so our guests can discover local treasures, to teaching courses at JdV University, Joie de Vivre staff take an entrepreneurial approach to both guest and employee service. The Dreammaker and Cultural Ambassador Programs empower creative thinking.
Cultural Ambassadors, emerging leaders at each hotel, are empowered to make change through grass-roots organizing with staff to keep the culture alive. The Cultural Ambassadors facilitate communications, develop cross-team relationships and support philanthropic efforts.
