This is the ultimate way to experience San Francisco rain. The Tonga Room is a kitschy and elegant (are these mutually exclusive?) bar and restaurant where you can enjoy pupus (Hawaiian appetizers) while marveling at a Don Ho look-alike on a raft in the middle of an indoor pool/lake with an occasional rainstorm to punctuate the fantasy.
