The Haight-Ashbury district has seen better days (think 1960's) although you'll find great second-hand clothes stores and some cool little restaurants like this one. With large, cozy booths, flavored tobacco hookahs, and sensuous belly dancers, this place is hopping with a young and vibrant crowd. The middle-eastern food is good and relatively inexpensive.
