Brett Blass
Brett Blass, Senior Regional Vice President of Operations, Thompson Hotels
As Senior Regional Vice President of Operations, Brett Blass oversees many of the Commune New York City Regional office activities, with oversight of several Thompson Hotels properties individually, as well.
Brett has more than 25 years of operations experience in the hospitality industry in both the U.S. and Europe. His career with the company began in 2002, as a Thompson Hotel General Manager in Miami Beach. From there, Brett went on to operate Thompson hotels in California, Washington DC and New York City.
Prior to joining Thompson, Brett had executive roles with Micros Systems, Swissotel and Inter-Continental Hotels. He is a graduate of Florida International University, School of Hospitality Management, and lives just outside New York City with his wife and two daughters.
