Anne Conley
Vice President, Administration
Anne Conley began her career with Joie de Vivre Hospitality at the Phoenix Hotel while on summer breaks from college.
After graduating from UC Berkeley with a double major in Anthropology and Economics, Anne joined The Phoenix front desk staff full-time and quickly grew into a front office manager role. Eventually, she became one of the initial members of the Joie de Vivre corporate staff as an assistant to her brother Chip in 1995, doing a wide range of accounting, human resources and administrative tasks for the growing company. In 1997, she was promoted to director of administration and began overseeing the management of the corporate headquarters, known internally as the Home Office.
Now vice president of administration, Anne manages the company’s corporate and real estate legal support, legal entity management, litigation matters and investor correspondence in addition to her general corporate organizational, administrative, and logistical responsibilities. Since 2005, she has planned and managed two major expansions of the Home Office.
Anne is originally from Long Beach, CA, where she still enjoys visiting friends and family with her partner and their twins who were born in 2004.
