- My perfect day spent in the San Francisco Bay Area:
- My perfect day would start early in the morning with a jog around the Marina green, through Crissy Field and to Acquatic Park. Then a great cup of coffee (and maybe a little something to eat) from the Coffee Roastery (2331 Chestnut Street, 931-5282) and just hang out in the neighborhood and enjoy some good conversation with a couple of close friends (or my family!). Get cleaned up and there's a 12:00 Giants Game ( a crucial game we need during the pennant race) where we beat the Dodgers on a home run in the bottom of the 9th inning. Don't forget the hot dog and Anchor Steam! Its a beautiful late afternoon day in September and we go to Golden Gate Park, play a little frisbee or catch with a baseball (the foul ball we caught at the Giant's game) and then have some munchies with a killer Sauvignon Blanc (and a quick nap). In the evening, we find the best steak in town (any suggestions), some sauteed mushrooms, and a Napa Valley Cabernet. It all winds up at the Buena Vista for an Irish Coffee.
